Ticket terms & refunds

Tickets are non-refundable unless Ruth Stephens Music Ministry cancels the event. Tickets are issued once the ministry has confirmed your payment, and each ticket is valid for one admission to the event named on it. Orders are held for 15 minutes while you pay and submit your M-Pesa confirmation message; unpaid or unconfirmed orders are released automatically. If you paid but your order expired, contact us with your M-Pesa receipt and we will review it and help. Keep your private order link and QR codes safe: anyone with them can use the tickets, and lost tickets can be recovered from the order page or by contacting us. Your information

When you buy tickets we collect your name, email address, phone number, ticket choices and M-Pesa payment details to process your order, verify payment, deliver tickets, provide support and manage admission. Ticket emails use Google's Gmail service, payments use M-Pesa, and the website uses cloud hosting. We do not sell your information. Access is limited to authorised ministry staff and service providers as needed. We remove buyer contact details and payment-message text from event orders 30 days after the scheduled event, whether or not you opt into announcements. Unresolved payment cases and documented legal holds are exceptions; minimum transaction records, including receipt codes, amounts and ticket counts, remain for accounting, disputes and receipt-reuse protection. If you separately tick the optional recording-announcements checkbox, we keep only your email and consent details for that purpose until you unsubscribe. Recording events may be a year or more apart. Leaving the box unticked does not affect your tickets and does not subscribe you. Announcement emails must include an unsubscribe link; you may also contact us to unsubscribe. Restricted daily database backups expire after seven days, so removed details may remain in recovery copies for up to seven additional days. Restored backups must have retention and unsubscribe requests reapplied before use. Our policy does not delete copies held independently by payment providers or recipients of ticket emails. Under Kenya's Data Protection Act you may request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements. For privacy enquiries, contact ruthstephensministries@gmail.com.

Live recording

Love & Light is a live recording. Photography, audio, and video recording will take place, and attendees may appear in ministry recordings and promotional material.
